Custom aged nitro lacquer finish makes this an absolutely gorgeous one-off custom. No dirt, polyurethane or shoe polish used in any of our relics. We added mojo with pigment and texture to realistically replicate age and feel of that old heavy relic guitar that you always wanted but could never afford. This beautiful custom heavy relic Strat plays and feels like a custom guitar should. Fender Red tortoise shell pickguard Custom;Shop Texas Specials Pickups in the SS positions take it to a searing level of vintage tone when needed. Additionally installed is a 500k volume pot with treble bleed circuitry for the best tonal range possible. Frets were dressed and polished then setup and neck intonated with new Slinky 09’s; she’s ready to go! Two pivot Trem-vintage tuners, bridge saddles, screws and hardware were aged and sealed, so that they will look tomorrow, the way they look today for years to come.

Guitarwacky’s proprietary finish process involves several coats of HVLP nitro lacquer, the finish is totally hand sanded, rubbed and aged to perfection. This Stratocaster finish is beautifully aged, soft and smooth to the touch. Beautiful vintage finish checking throughout.
